Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD. Payment is processed securely through authorised third-party gateways.
We deliver across India. Timelines vary by location and are estimated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Sonku is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or external circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Sonku may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track from "My Orders" in your account.
COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. A ₹29 handling fee applies. COD availability depends on your pin code.
We want you to love every Sonku purchase. If something's not right, we'll make it easy.
You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
